"The Furr Project is redemption, murder, hope, and pain. It began as a idea back in 2000. The Furr Project is ready to give the message of God, and our fellow man, to the masses. In a small way we can communicate love, joy, peace, and grace. Let the journey begin... " - Andrew Cloninger
The Furr Project
![]() Andrew Cloninger is truly a self-made artist. Hailing from the cold streets of Rochester, New York, Cloninger bleeds pain and hope through his guitar. Cloninger's training as a teenager was found on the streets. He played guitar in two groundbreaking groups, the Utopia Project and the Seed Band. During that time he met saxophonist Daniel Bennett and writer/producer Rich Oppedisano. In 2000, Cloninger went solo and released his debut EP "Live in the Shade." In 2003 he released "Beauty Adrift" under the Furr Project moniker. Since that time, the Furr Project has performed at Open Fest, Water Street Music Hall, and hundreds of venues throughout Buffalo and Rochester, New York. The Furr Project has shared concert stages with Saxon Shore, Joy Electric, Jesse Sprinkle (of Poor Old Lu), Map, Daniel Bennett Group, and Gary Murray. www.furrproject.com |
